Depending on the length of bending we are able to bend plates even up to 20mm thick

DEBURRING AND GRINDING OF PLATES

Deburring and grinding of plates on a wide-belt grinder which is 1250mm wide. Thanks to a vacuum conveyor there is a possibility to process stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
Such treatment/processing involves:
  • breaking of sharp of edges,
  • rounding of edges,
  • deburring,
  • directional grinding (so-called satin),
  • removing oxides from the side of the detail,
  • making of the right surface roughness,
    preparation of the material for painting,
  • welding, galvanizing,
  • removing of laminar rust.

MANDREL BENDING OF PIPES AND PROFILES

Mandrel bending of pipes and profiles with a maximum dimension of Ø63 x 4 mm, a maximum bending radius R = 350 mm and a maximum bending angle of 190 °.


OXYGEN AND PLASMA CUTTING OF PLATES
